Zhejiang: The second prefabricated price-limited house in Keqiao District of Shaoxing is expected to be delivered in January

Recently, the Hualong Mansion project of the price-limited house on the R-22 plot in Keqiao urban area was completed and accepted and entered the final stage. According to the person in charge of the Hualongfu project of Keqiao Development and Operation Group Co., Ltd., the project integrates high-quality resources and is built with high standards. It is the second prefabricated price-limited house in Keqiao District after Huyue Mingting. The craftsmanship is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

It is reported that the project was invested by the District Construction Group and entrusted to the District Development and Operation Group Co., Ltd. to build it on behalf of it. Construction started on April 3, 2019. The total land area is nearly 18,000 square meters, with a total of 6 17-story residential buildings, which benefit the resettlement of households who have been demolished in Huaxu Village and Xiaozhe Village, Huashe Street.
