The reporter saw in the second batch of national prefabricated construction industry bases and the prefabricated industrial base of Xinjiang Xinye Construction Integration Technology Co., Ltd., a national high-tech enterprise, that building components such as stairs, road slabs, and balconies were produced one by one from the production line. The annual production capacity of the company is 2.3 million square meters, which is equivalent to the consumption of various components for 230 residential prefabricated buildings with 20 floors or more. All components required for a high-rise building can be produced in two to three months.

During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, Urumqi City has completed a total of 23 million square meters of green building projects, which is nearly 4.6 times the construction scale during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period. Green buildings accounted for 60% of new buildings. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, new civil buildings in Urumqi will fully implement the basic green building standards. Newly built office buildings for government agencies, government-invested public welfare buildings and large public buildings over 20,000 square meters will be the first to be designed and constructed in accordance with the green building standards for one-star and above.
