The Department of Housing and Urban-rural Development of Hunan Province came to Yue to investigate the prefabricated construction work

In order to implement the "Hunan Province Green Building Development Regulations" and promote the implementation of prefabricated buildings in government-invested projects, the research team of the Provincial Housing and Urban-rural Development Department came to Yue to conduct research on prefabricated buildings, accompanied by relevant officials from the municipal government and the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau.

The research team successively went to Huarong County and Lingang New District to investigate the Waterfront Flower City Project and Songyang Lake Resettlement Community Construction Project. Through listening to reports, checking information, asking questions, explaining by experts, and publicizing and implementing regulations, we conducted in-depth communication with the staff of the project department. After the field investigation, the research team hosted a special symposium, reported the project implementation status, and put forward related issues and rectification requirements. At the same time, the experts of the research team analyzed and answered questions one by one regarding the low quality of the prefabricated building, the low cost, and the short construction period.

The research team requested that all counties, municipalities, and relevant departments should further improve their political positions, unify their understanding, grasp the new situation and new direction of urban and rural green development, and settle economic and environmental accounts. Make full use of advanced construction methods such as prefabricated buildings to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. In accordance with relevant national, provincial, and municipal policies, vigorously promote prefabricated buildings in Huarong County, Quyuan Management District, and Junshan District to ensure that the annual task of developing prefabricated buildings is completed.
