The 2021 prefabricated building technology application training class will be held in Nanning City

In order to strengthen the construction of Guangxi prefabricated construction management personnel and accelerate the promotion of prefabricated buildings, from December 1st to 2nd, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of the Autonomous Region held a 2021 prefabricated building technology application training course in Nanning City.

This training class invited experts from China State Construction Engineering Group and other units in the promotion, technology and management of prefabricated construction. Teaching the students around the prefabricated building quality management, promoting the coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization, "three-board" project management, the application of prefabricated low-rise houses in the improvement of rural style, prefabricated building design, and steel structure prefabricated building applications. .

It is understood that the purpose of this training is to build a platform for learning and communication, and to further enhance relevant personnel's understanding of prefabricated buildings. Speed up the development of prefabricated buildings in Guangxi, and provide talent support to achieve the goal of reaching 30% of the area of newly built prefabricated buildings in the region by 2025.

Since the promotion of prefabricated buildings in 2016, Guangxi has always adhered to a mature, reliable and applicable prefabricated technical standard system as "one body", with EPC project general contracting and integrated design based on BIM technology as the "two wings" development idea. By focusing on the construction of pilot cities, demonstration bases and demonstration projects, we will actively explore a new way to steadily advance the development of prefabricated buildings in underdeveloped and post-developed regions, and have achieved initial results. At present, 38 prefabricated construction industrial bases have been completed and put into production in the whole district. The annual production capacity of prefabricated concrete components has reached 1,268,200 cubic meters, and the annual production capacity of prefabricated steel structures has reached 716,900 tons. There are 55 prefabricated construction projects under construction, with a total construction area of 4.78 million square meters.

More than 200 people including relevant departments of the department, relevant units of the department, and relevant persons in charge of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of each districted city participated in the training.
