It can produce 160,000 cubic meters of external residential PC components, and 300,000 cubic meters of ALC lightweight partition walls. On November 22, the second phase of the project was signed with a total investment of 220 million yuan. It is a construction project of sand and gravel aggregate production line and concrete production line. It is planned to add 1 sand and gravel aggregate production line and 2 concrete production lines. The second phase of the project can greatly increase the production capacity of the enterprise, meet the strong market demand, and further improve the efficiency of the enterprise.

The key prefabricated construction projects such as Shandong Ruchen Green New Building Materials, which invested 3 billion yuan in the city, are one of the high-quality enterprises introduced by Qingtuo Town through the transfer of property rights. The first phase of the project has an investment of 1 billion yuan and plans to build two PC assembly lines, a PC fixed table mold production line, and a steel bar processing line. The designed annual production capacity is 100,000 cubic meters of residential PC components. The first phase is currently under steady construction.
