The total investment is about 2 billion! Green integrated prefabricated building technology industrial park project settled in Weinan City, Shaanxi Province

Recently, the strategic cooperation agreement between Weinan Municipal Government and Changjiang Jinggong Steel Structure Group and the signing ceremony of the Green Integrated Prefabricated Building Technology Industrial Park were held in Weinan. Chen Xiaoyong, Mayor of Weinan City, and Sun Guanfu, Executive Chairman of Changjiang Jinggong Steel Structure Group, attended and delivered speeches.

It is reported that the green integrated prefabricated building technology industrial park project has a total investment of about 2 billion yuan and will be constructed in two phases. The project is to construct an industrial park that includes green assembly-type integrated steel structure production lines, supporting PC production lines, building maintenance systems and other full-system integrated building product systems. Established the prefabricated building BIM technology research and development center and the architectural design institute, and assigned the industry 4.0 intelligent manufacturing and digital upgrade. After full production, it can provide parts and components with an annual output of 3 million square meters of construction area. The factory has a direct output value of 5 billion yuan, a construction and installation output value of about 7 billion yuan, and a development output value of about 10 billion yuan.

At the event site, Chen Xiaoyong, on behalf of the Weinan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, expressed gratitude to Changjiang Jinggong Steel Structure Group for its support to the development of Weinan. Chen Xiaoyong expressed the hope that both parties will further strengthen their complementary advantages, expand cooperation areas, and jointly promote the high-quality development of Weinan's green building industry. At the same time, relevant departments at all levels must provide accurate services, create a good environment, promote the efficient implementation of cooperation agreements, and the completion of contracted projects as scheduled, and continue to improve the modernization level of the industrial chain and supply chain.
