A few days ago, Huidong County Natural Resources Bureau of Huizhou City issued the "Pre-approval Announcement of the Planning Permit for the New Project of Huizhou Yaxin Construction Technology Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 200,000 tons of prefabricated steel structure production line." The pre-approval public announcement shows that Huizhou Yaxin Construction Technology Co., Ltd. will build a new assembly-type steel structure production line with an annual output of 200,000 tons in the Qinghe section of Mingjiao Village, Daling Street. Another industrial base for prefabricated parts and components was added in Huidong City.

The content of the pre-batch announcement shows that the total planned land area of the prefabricated steel structure production line project is 64244.43 square meters, and the calculated target land area is 64238.84 square meters. With a total construction area of 73,944 square meters and a capacity building area of 109420.52 square meters, it will be planned to construct 2 1-story factory buildings, 1 5-story factory building, 1 7-story dormitory building and 1 8-story dormitory building within the scope of the site.

"The completion of the new production line will effectively consolidate the foundation of the prefabricated construction industry in the east, and provide effective assistance for the development of building energy conservation in the city."

According to the relevant person in charge of the County Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau, Huizhou has attracted many prefabricated industrial base layouts such as China Construction Steel Structure and Hangxiao Steel Structure with its superior location and huge development potential. Huidong also continues to usher in development. In addition to the newly announced Yaxin Construction, prefabricated bases such as Drawin Group and Sanneng Integrated Housing Technology have already been put into production.

Not only is the assembly of prefabricated construction industry bases, but as the city's first civil prefabricated construction project landed in the county, the Huidong prefabricated construction project is also steadily expanding. According to statistics from the County Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau, the area of newly-started prefabricated buildings in Huidong has reached more than 85,000 square meters, and the completed prefabricated buildings have reached 88,000 square meters. The implementation rate of building energy-saving standards in the energy-saving acceptance stage is 100%.
