In addition, the town government will simultaneously improve the construction of supporting facilities such as road hardening, greening, lighting, and sewage treatment in the resettlement community to ensure that the construction standards of the prefabricated rural resettlement community meet the level of the new urban community.

Enterprise-led. In order to speed up the construction of prefabricated steel structure farm houses, Wushan Town gave full play to the leading role of leading enterprises in prefabricated farm houses, and continuously improved the level of farm house construction. Enterprise personnel conduct actual inspections of the resettlement sites. According to the specific conditions of rural production and life, when designing farm houses, the house types are divided into economical, improved, and well-off types. Each household is equipped with storage rooms to facilitate the storage of farm tools and agricultural products.

Farmers participate. In the process of building houses, Wushan Town gave full play to the main role of farmers and invited farmers to participate. The village committee takes the lead in establishing the villagers’ house building council. All house-building villagers are members of the council. The council is responsible for signing house construction contracts with rural housing companies, and hiring a supervision company to supervise and manage the quality of the farm house project and the progress of the project construction.

It is reported that at present, Wushan Town has built 38 farm houses with a construction area of 4840.3 square meters, and 129 farm houses under construction with an area of more than 15,400 square meters.
