Zhongzhuang Construction (002822.SZ) announced that the company held the 24th meeting of the third board of directors and the 21st meeting of the third board of supervisors on September 3, 2020, and reviewed and approved the “Proposal to postpone investment projects with raised funds." It was agreed to extend the construction period of the "Prefabricated Construction Industrial Base Project" with funds raised from convertible corporate bonds from November 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022.
