Shenzhen Metro Line 14 is the first subway express line in eastern Shenzhen, and it is also the fully automatic driverless line with the longest rail transit line under construction, the largest span, the most transfers, and the widest coverage in Shenzhen. It covers the north-south traffic demand corridor in eastern Shenzhen at a speed of 120 kilometers per hour. On December 2, the late evening reporter learned from the Shenzhen Metro Group that the prefabricated slab track bed for the entire line of Metro Line 14 adopts factory production and on-site mechanized construction. This is not only the first time that this technology has been adopted across all lines in Shenzhen, but it is also the longest line of prefabricated slab track beds for urban rail transit in the country.


Metro Line 14 starts at Gangxia North Station in Futian District and ends at Shatian Station in Pingshan District. The whole line is 50.34 kilometers away. There are 18 stations, 1 depot and 1 parking lot. It is a popular project that people in eastern Shenzhen pay attention to.

It will be applied to all the branch lines of Line 6, Line 12, 13, 14, and 16 of the Shenzhen Railroad Phase IV Project to improve the versatility and adaptability of prefabricated panels, and to practice the industrialization, informatization, and green assembly development concepts of the industry. Promote the high-quality and sustainable development of prefabricated rail in the field of urban rail transit from the source, which is in line with the national prefabricated and prefabricated development direction. "


Line 14 Track Plate Factory is responsible for the prefabrication, maintenance and distribution of about 23,000 track plates on Line 14. Through the digital management center, the intelligent production line of the assembly line composed of more than 10 subsystems is controlled, and the operating parameters and production status of each key station of the production are monitored in real time, such as tension data, maintenance data, track board inspection data, etc. Process, store and upload production information, test and inspection records, personnel management, material management, template management, and finished product management to realize the information management of the life cycle of prefabricated boards. Compared with the traditional "pedestal method", the production efficiency of the track plate factory is increased by 20%, and the mechanized and automated operation can save about 50% of labor.


In addition, compared with the cast-in-situ track bed, the fabricated prefabricated slab track bed has the advantages of strong integrity, easy to ensure quality and accuracy, less maintenance and repair, good maintainability, clean and beautiful on-site, and rapid upgrade of the vibration damping track bed in the later stage; The improvement of the overall quality of the track engineering provides the basic conditions for the safe and stable operation of the trains, and improves the comfort of passengers and the satisfaction of residents along the line. At the same time, it reduces maintenance workload and reduces operation and maintenance costs.


The application of new track laying tooling equipment and the factory production of prefabricated track prefabricated panels have greatly reduced the labor intensity of track construction workers and improved construction efficiency. Compared with the traditional cast-in-situ track bed, it reduces the labor force by about 30% and improves the construction efficiency by about 10%-20%.


As of now, 100% of the track slabs of Metro Line 14 have been laid, 98% of the tracks have been laid, and single-track rails have been completed, and 95% of the welding of long rails has been completed. All the staff of the project department are sprinting for the long-track connection nodes of the whole line to lay a solid foundation for the "hot slip" of the first adjustment section before the festival.
