Strive to use about 10 years to make prefabricated buildings account for 30% of the newly built building area.

Wuhu also actively responded to the call and vigorously promoted the development of prefabricated buildings. According to the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Development of the Prefabricated Construction Industry" issued by the Wuhu Municipal Government, by 2025, the city will cultivate and introduce more than 3 integrated design and construction enterprises, and form a prefabricated construction enterprise integrating design, production and construction. Starting in 2020, prefabricated buildings will be arranged to the greatest extent possible in the land used for new industrial projects and public service facilities projects in the city. The commercial land transfer plan arranges prefabricated buildings based on 15% of the planned capacity area, and the total amount will increase year by year in the future. By 2025, the construction area of prefabricated construction projects will not be less than 30% of the planned transfer area.

As the direction of future construction properties, prefabricated buildings are not only a model of green construction, but also represent technological innovations in the industry. Establish a prefabricated construction project management model suitable for the application of building information modeling (BIM) technology, and promote the integrated application of BIM technology in the entire process of prefabricated building planning, survey, design, production, construction, decoration, operation and maintenance, and realize the data sharing and information management of the whole life cycle of construction projects.
