Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau of Jingmen City, Hubei Province Holds Prefabricated Building Training Observation Activities

Recently, the Jingmen Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau held Jingmen prefabricated building training and prefabricated building project observation activities. The responsible persons in charge of the housing construction departments of all counties (cities, districts) and 26 prefabricated project construction units and design, drawing review, production, and construction units in the city participated.

The training will be conducted in a combination of online and offline methods. The training session specially invited two experts in the field of prefabricated construction from Shanghai Zhongsen Construction and Engineering Design Consulting Co., Ltd. and China Construction Third Engineering Corporation Huazhong Company to conduct special training. The two experts gave lectures on "Management and Design of Prefabricated Buildings in Jingmen City" and "Manufacturing and Project Construction Management of Prefabricated Concrete Building Components" respectively. In a simple and profound way, he made a wonderful analysis of the relevant concepts and research experience of the prefabricated building in the planning and design phase and the construction management phase.

After the training meeting, the participants went to the construction site of the Jingchu Institute of Technology Medical Teaching Experimental Training Center project to observe and observe. Participants said that through this training and observation activities, they have a deeper understanding of the concept of prefabricated buildings. Have a clear understanding of the precautions and technical difficulties of prefabricated buildings in the design and construction of each link, and fully recognize the positive significance of promoting the development of prefabricated buildings.
