The Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province held a city-wide symposium on green buildings and prefabricated buildings

On November 19, the Yancheng City Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau held a city-wide green building and prefabricated building work symposium. The heads of the departments of the Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureaus of the counties (cities, districts), the main persons in charge of the construction drawing review center, and representatives of construction units, design units and assembly-type parts and components production enterprises attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the "Key Points for Examination of Design Documents for Prefabricated Buildings in Yancheng City" was discussed and passed. It also interpreted the policy documents such as the "Depth Regulations on the Preparation of Green Design Documents for Civil Building Construction Drawings" and "Technical Review Points of Green Design Documents for Civil Building Construction Drawings" that will be implemented on December 1, 2021. This has increased the awareness of all relevant personnel on green buildings and prefabricated buildings.

The meeting notified the completion of the city's green building and prefabricated building indicators from January to October 2021, and required all localities to check for omissions and sprint against the annual target to ensure the successful completion of the annual target task.
