The renovation project of Dongzhaotong Village in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province reveals plans to build 14 prefabricated houses

On November 25, the Shijiazhuang City Natural Resources and Planning Bureau issued the "Notice on the Pre-approval Publicity of the Design Plan for the Commodity Zone Phase I (Plot 4) of the Dongzhaotong Urban Village Reconstruction Project."

The notice shows that Hebei Qilu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. is reviewing the design plan for the construction application for the first phase (lot 4) of the commercial zone of the Dongzhaotong Urban Village Reconstruction Project. The project is located in the south of Mianhe Road, east of Tianshan North Street, north of Yanhe Avenue, and west of Qilian North Street. The land used is residential land. According to the project plan, 14 prefabricated houses, 4 commercial buildings and kindergartens are planned to be constructed.
