Guizhou: Steel Structure Prefabricated Building Industrial Park Project Settled in Xiuwen County

On November 17, the People's Government of Xiuwen County and Hainan Zhe'an Heavy Steel Technology Co., Ltd. held a project signing ceremony. The project took only 7 days from the initial negotiation to invest in the construction of a steel structure prefabricated building industrial park in Xiuwen County to the signing of the contract.

According to the agreement, Hainan Zhe'an Heavy Steel Technology Co., Ltd. intends to invest in the construction of a steel structure prefabricated building industrial park in Xiuwen County. The project site is located next to Tongcheng Avenue, Yongxing Industrial Park, Xiuwen Economic Development Zone. The project covers an area of about 486 mu with a total investment of about 2 billion yuan. Among them, the first phase of the project will take about 286 acres of land to build an intelligent green steel structure prefabricated building industrial park. The park includes product design, research and development, production, exhibition centers, testing centers, upstream and downstream supporting industries and supporting facilities.

The output value of the project in the first year is about 5 billion yuan, and the output value has increased year by year since then, and the annual business has stabilized at about 10 billion yuan. The second phase of the project will occupy about 200 acres of land, realize the expansion of the production line, and rely on the steel structure prefabricated construction industrial park and supporting facilities, and introduce supporting enterprises and related enterprises in the upstream and downstream industrial chain to settle in the park, with an annual output value of about 20 billion yuan.
