The first vocational skill training school for industrial workers in Hubei Province opened

At the opening ceremony, Ding Luowei, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. and chairman of the labor union of the China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, used three idioms to encourage students to have a sense of urgency of "round wooden police sleeper" and keep up with the future development trend of the prefabricated construction industry. It is necessary to master the learning method of "returning to the true painting tiger", and strive to pass the assessment to become a qualified prefabricated practitioner; it is necessary to form a good style of study of "Guan Ning cut off seats" and take learning as the main task of this stage.

Yang Jianchun, director of the Energy Conservation Division of Wuhan Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, taught the students the "First Class". He explained the future development prospects of prefabricated buildings to the trainees from the perspectives of national macro policies, the development status and future trends of the prefabricated building industry.

According to the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for Urban Housing Development in Hubei Province" issued by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Hubei Province, at the end of the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan period, the proportion of newly built residential prefabricated buildings in the province will reach 25%. The government-invested affordable housing will give priority to prefabricated buildings. Wuhan City has issued the "Notice of Wuhan Urban Construction Bureau on Carrying out the Training of Key Post Operators in Prefabricated Concrete Structure Construction", and from January 1, 2022, prefabricated operators will be fully implemented with certificates.

I didn’t know much about the prefabricated construction industry before. This time I came to study to seize the opportunity and become the first batch of evidence-collecting personnel in Wuhan. Now I feel that I’m really in the right place and can systematically learn the professional knowledge of prefabricated construction. "

Cultivating industrial workers in the new era

According to reports, the 30 students who started the first class are all from Wuhan and have more than 3 years of work experience in their own or related occupations. After the online registration is successful, it will be reviewed and selected by the school.

Zhang Lei, from Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province, is currently a worker in the lifting and grouting team of the Yuejiang Mansion Project of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau.

He said that he was fortunate to be the first batch of trainees at the Industrial Workers Vocational Skills Training School of China Construction Third Bureau. This is the first unit in the province that has the three qualifications of theory and practical training, qualification appraisal, and certificate issuance. He hoped that I and other students can improve themselves here, learn something, become an industrial worker in the new era, and contribute to the development of the prefabricated construction industry.

According to reports, this training course is the first time that Wuhan has held a professional training for personnel working on key positions in the construction of prefabricated concrete structures. After completing all theoretical and practical training courses in one week, the trainees will participate in the school to hold two final exams.

The theoretical test adopts a paperless network online computer test mode, adopts a closed-book method, and the test time is 120 minutes; the assessment time for the skill operation of the component assembler and the grouting worker is both 30 minutes per group. After passing the test, the school will issue a certificate of completion certified by a vocational skill agency to the students.

It is reported that the Vocational Skills Training School for Industrial Workers of China Construction Third Bureau is located in the Hannan Plant of China Construction Third Bureau Science and Technology Co., Ltd., General Aviation Industrial Park of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is the only vocational training school in Hubei Province that has the qualification for prefabricated construction workers. The school has a team of more than 30 experienced training teachers, established a scientific and complete training system, independently compiled a complete set of teaching materials combining theory and practicality, participated in the compilation of a number of industry standards for the prefabricated construction industry workers, and developed an online theoretical learning platform. The school is also equipped with a number of theoretical learning classrooms, dormitories, canteens, basketball courts, libraries, gyms and other facilities are all available, which can meet 150 people's learning and training at the same time.

The school covers 7 professional job trainings for prefabricated buildings, including steel lashing, component production, hoisting, grouting, aluminum mold installation, gluing, embedded parts installation, etc., throughout the entire process of prefabricated buildings from component production to on-site installation and construction. The dimensions of all training molds and component sizes on the site are completely based on the 1:1 reduction and simulation of the construction site, and the real scene is reproduced. It will continue to train prefabricated construction workers for Wuhan and provide professional talents for prefabricated construction companies in Wuhan and surrounding areas. Two people won the national prefabricated building skills competition championship. 2 people won the title of provincial technical expert, 1 person won the May 1st Labor Medal title, built an industrial worker craftsman innovation studio, more than 15 people won the provincial individual and team championships, and 37 people passed the prefabricated construction worker skill level certification. Up to now, the company has transported more than 3,000 technical talents such as component production and hoisting grouting to the prefabricated construction industry.
