The reporter learned from the Pingdu Urban and Rural Construction Bureau that Qingdao Ziwei Green Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., located in Liaolan Town, Pingdu City, held a production ceremony and officially put into operation.

In recent years, Pingdu City has actively promoted the development of construction industrialization, and issued and implemented the "Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Industrialization of Green Buildings, Passive Ultra-low Energy Buildings and Prefabricated Buildings in Our City", which effectively promoted the green and healthy development of the construction industry in Pingdu City. In order to accelerate the application of prefabricated buildings, the Urban and Rural Construction Bureau of Pingdu City has stepped up its efforts to attract investment and introduced the Ziwei Green Technology Prefabricated Industrial Park project.

It is understood that the Qingdao Ziwei Green Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. project is the first prefabricated passive house construction industry chain demonstration park project in Pingdu City, with a total investment of 1.02 billion yuan. It covers a total area of 300 acres and a total construction area of 150,000 square meters. It mainly produces steel structure components, prefabricated concrete components, passive system doors and windows and other new building energy-saving materials, laying a solid foundation for the development of prefabricated building applications in Pingdu City.
