The Linyi City Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau of Shandong Province organizes an outing inspection activity for steel structure prefabricated houses

From November 18th to 20th, the Linyi City Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau organized the Urban Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, relevant units and enterprises to Jining and Hangzhou to investigate and learn the green construction mode of steel structure housing. The inspection team was led by Zhang Jimin, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau, four-level investigator Su Yanhao, and responsible comrades in charge of the Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau of the central city districts. Part of the heads of real estate development, plan review agencies, design units, steel structure production enterprises and other units and related staff participated in the inspection.

On the 18th, the inspection team visited the production sites of Defeng Heavy Industry and Jiada Assembly Technology Co., Ltd. in Jiaxiang, Jining, and learned in detail about the development history of the enterprise and the innovation and research and development of technological products. They went to the public rental housing project in Jianing District, Jiaxiang County, to visit and inspect steel structure residences, and exchange experiences and methods of pilot promotion of steel structure residences.

On the 19th, the inspection team visited Binjiang Lvcheng Jianghe Mingcui and Hangzheng Chuku [2020] No. 19 commercial residential projects in Hangzhou, visited the construction site of steel structure housing, and inspected and learned advanced experience in the construction of prefabricated steel structure housing. Communicate with construction technicians on the construction technology and quality control key node measures of prefabricated steel structure residences, and inquire in detail about the application of BIM technology in engineering construction. In the afternoon, they inspected the industrial base of Beihui Green Construction Group Co., Ltd. to understand the R&D, production and application of key components, and held discussions and exchanges with Zhejiang University and scientific research institutes to understand the innovation and application of the mature construction system of steel structure residences.

On the 20th, the inspection team visited Hangzhou Gujian Robot Technology Co., Ltd. to inspect and understand advanced construction technology and intelligent equipment, and inspect the development of intelligent construction and industrialization.

In the next step, the Linyi City Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau will take this inspection activity as an opportunity to organize relevant units to strengthen technological innovation, study the prefabricated steel structure construction system suitable for the regional characteristics of Linyi City, strengthen work measures, and vigorously promote the pilot work of steel structure prefabricated residential construction. And continue to optimize the business environment, strengthen communication with prefabricated construction companies in Jining and Hangzhou, increase project docking negotiations and investment promotion, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win at an early date.
