On November 11, the reporter came to the scene and saw that the prefabricated road consisted of blocks of concrete occluding each other. Each block was 2 meters long and 3 meters wide, about the size of a ping-pong table. It can bear a load of 10 tons and has a design service life of 20 years. Currently, 276 square meters have been installed, and it is expected to install about 1,500 square meters.

"Although this is a temporary road, the quality is absolutely comparable to the cast-in-place concrete pavement, and it is even better than the traditional steel temporary road in terms of safety and beauty. The most important thing is that the construction efficiency is high, the price is lower, and the recycling is convenient." According to Chen Zongwen, project manager of Nanchang Municipal Construction Group, the project is currently in the construction preparation stage, and will construct two industries, the green building resource utilization industry and the prefabricated construction industry. The prefabricated road has made a good start, not only can reduce the generation of construction waste, but also use construction waste as aggregate, providing a demonstration for the green and low-carbon recycling development of the green building industry park.

Speaking of the future application of prefabricated roads, Chen Zongwen said with confidence: “The time for the cast-in-place concrete pavement to be opened to traffic is no less than 14 days. After the prefabricated road slab pavement is paved, traffic can be opened, and it can be opened to traffic during construction. It is beneficial for construction machinery to enter the site and speed up the construction progress. It can be dismantled and reused at any time in the later period. It is suitable for rapid maintenance of heavy-duty passages with heavy traffic, rapid repair of collapsed roads, and new or reconstructed roads that need to be quickly completed and opened to traffic. At present, it has been successfully used on construction sites, which is equivalent to an experimental stage. In the future, it may be applied to urban roads and ecological parking lots. "

It is reported that the municipal public utility group green building industrial park project plans to cover an area of 330.14 acres, with a total construction area of 158226.64 square meters, and a construction investment of 850 million yuan. There are two industries, namely the green building resource utilization industry and the prefabricated construction industry. Among them, the green building resource utilization section covers an area of 107 mu, and the prefabricated building (prefabricated component) industry section covers an area of 223 mu. The project is expected to officially start in December this year, with an estimated construction period of 24 months.
