"Building blocks" to build houses and bridges in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province

The reporter learned from the Building Energy Conservation and Prefabricated Building Development Center of Zhengzhou Urban and Rural Construction Bureau that this year the city’s prefabricated buildings account for 30% of the newly built building area. Recently, the bureau issued documents to strengthen the management of the prefabricated building industry base and promote the healthy development of prefabricated building codes.

Zhengzhou Prefabricated Construction Industry Base mainly includes prefabricated concrete structure, steel structure, wood structure industrial base, and related bases such as overall kitchen and bathroom, education and training, technical testing, and architectural design.

According to regulations, enterprises applying for industrial bases should have at least two fully automatic assembly lines in their concrete structure bases, with a plan of no less than 4 production lines, and an annual production capacity of no less than 100,000 cubic meters. The steel structure base should have an annual production capacity of 1 million square meters of fabricated steel structure buildings. The wood structure base should have an annual production capacity of 50,000 square meters of prefabricated modern wood structure buildings.

It is understood that the Zhengzhou Energy Conservation Assembly Center organized and convened this year's Zhengzhou Building Energy Conservation and Prefabricated Building Work Promotion Conference. The meeting interpreted the series of documents of the prefabricated building, and representatives of new wall materials enterprises, as well as the prefabricated building industry base, design and other related parties participated.
