An on-site observation meeting for quality and safety management of prefabricated construction sites in Qianjiang City, Hubei Province was held

In order to further strengthen the promotion and implementation of the "Quality and Safety Manual", promote Qianjiang construction enterprises to strictly control quality and safety, and implement safety production standardization in place, on November 5, Qianjiang City Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Civilized Construction Standardization and Prefabricated Building Demonstration Project Observation Meeting was held at the site of the third phase of the Sanjiang Mingyuan Public Rental Housing Project.

Nearly 320 representatives from all units of construction, construction, and supervision of projects under construction in Qianjiang City participated in the observation meeting.

At the observation meeting, the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Administration stated that prefabricated construction is a major change in construction methods and the development direction of construction industrialization. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of the quality and safety of construction projects, earnestly implement the main quality and safety responsibilities of all parties involved in the construction, ensure the quality of the project and safe production, and prevent the occurrence of production safety accidents.

In the on-site observation session, the participants visited the quality model, prefabricated wall panel installation, structural model, VR simulation experience and other quality model display areas and safety experience areas of the third phase of the Sanjiang Mingyuan Public Rental Housing Project.

The observation meeting set up a platform for enterprises to learn from each other, exchange and learn from advanced management experience, which effectively promoted the improvement of the quality and safety production management level of construction projects in Qianjiang City.
