The application of the separation of the electrical pipeline and the structure in the prefabricated residential building

At present, with the strong support and promotion of the state, prefabricated construction projects are emerging. There are many differences between prefabricated building projects and conventional projects. Prefabricated columns, prefabricated composite beams, prefabricated composite floors, prefabricated internal and external walls, prefabricated stairs, laminated balcony and other prefabricated components are generally used. The prefabricated layer of composite floor is 60 mm thick, and the cast-in-place layer of composite floor is 70 ~ 80 mm thick. In high-rise residential buildings, the electrical specialty has power, lighting, weak current, alarm and other pipelines, and the pipe diameter is usually 20 mm, 25 mm. In the assembly project, if all the electrical pipelines are laid in the cast-in-place layer of the composite floor slab in a concealed manner according to the normal practice, the steel protection layer of the structure will be damaged and the structural safety will be affected. At the same time, people are constantly pursuing the quality of life. They may decorate the interior of their living space for many times. It is difficult to maintain and replace the pipelines concealed in the floor. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the separation technology of electrical pipeline and structure in prefabricated residential buildings.
