Two achievements are unveiled! China State Construction Technology’s "Black Technology" Stunning "Thirteenth Five-Year" Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Exhibition

The Wuhan Tongxin Garden Kindergarten project built two floors in five days. The realization of this speed mainly adopted the "Efficient Construction of New Structural System (PPEFF System)" independently researched and developed by China State Construction Technology. The building with the highest assembly rate of the Shenzhen Changzhen public housing and its auxiliary project demonstration project reached 93%. It is the country’s largest prefabricated public housing project, the country’s largest prefabricated decoration project, and the country’s largest prefabricated garden landscape community... At the National "Thirteenth Five-Year" Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Exhibition recently, China State Construction Technology's innovative achievements "Efficient Construction of New Structural System (PPEFF System)" and Shenzhen Changzhen public housing and its ancillary projects were stunningly unveiled, attracting many visitors to visit.

It is understood that the efficient construction of a new structural system (PPEFF system) is a key technology research and demonstration project of the "13th Five-Year" national key research and development plan undertaken by China State Construction Technology Co., Ltd. relying on China State Construction Group. After five years of research and development, after systematic theoretical and experimental research, and 100,000 square meters of scale applications in 5 provinces and cities, a new generation of "dry" prestressed crimping assembly frame system and construction technology with high disaster resistance, efficient installation, low carbon and environmental protection have been established. It won the first prize of China Construction Science and Technology Award, and was named the industry's top ten innovative technologies, leading the transformation and upgrading of my country's prefabricated concrete buildings from "wet" to "dry".

Shenzhen Changzhen public housing and its affiliated projects are key special comprehensive demonstration projects of the "Thirteenth Five-Year" national key research and development plan "Green Buildings and Industrialization of Buildings". It is also an intelligent construction pilot project of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, integrating and applying a total of 45 research and development results from 16 national key research and development projects. Through high-quality engineering demonstration and the intelligent application of the whole process and all elements, China State Construction Technology has effectively changed the public's inherent understanding of prefabricated buildings. It fully proves that industrialized buildings can not only reduce labor, reduce resource consumption and construction waste, improve quality and efficiency, but also improve quality and performance without increasing construction costs.
