On the evening of October 28, Grandland Group (002482.SZ) released the 2021 third quarter performance report. The report shows that the company achieved revenue of 2.028 billion in the third quarter, and the total revenue in the first three quarters was 7.03 billion.

Checking public information reveals that Grandland Group has made many breakthroughs in business in the near future. According to official disclosures, the first round of assembly R&D tests carried out by Grandland's prefabricated R&D team in 2021 have recently achieved phased results. The test work lasted for three months, starting from the perspective of standardized design, industrialized production, assembly construction, and informatization coordination, using public rental housing, talent housing, long-term rental apartments and high-end hardcover housing as the experimental carrier. With safety, environmental protection, practicality, adaptability and decorative effects as important indicators, a total of 65 experimental groups were tested.

The prefabricated R&D team is based on the installation of GT prefabricated 3.0 products developed by Grandland Group, and integrates new technology in the test to try to solve some common quality problems in traditional prefabricated buildings. The experimental data obtained from the test and the refined experimental test report will provide an important reference basis for the application of the assembly-type actual project, and provide guidance for the next step of the iterative upgrade of Grandland assembly-type.

It is worth noting that prefabricated buildings belong to the field of green buildings strongly supported by current policies. Recently, the Central Office and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Promoting the Green Development of Urban and Rural Construction", proposing that by 2025, the urban and rural construction of green development institutional mechanisms and policy systems will be basically established, and carbon emissions will be solidly promoted. By 2035, urban and rural construction will achieve green development in an all-round way, and the level of carbon emissions will increase rapidly. Regarding urban and rural construction methods, the document pointed out that it is necessary to build high-quality green buildings, realize green construction in the whole process of engineering construction, vigorously develop prefabricated buildings, promote the formation of a complete industrial chain and the coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization.

In response to this, Essence Securities pointed out in the research report that prefabricated buildings can effectively save building materials and construction energy consumption due to the mass industrial production of building components and the modular mechanized installation mode. Its advantages in energy saving and environmental protection are significant, and it helps the construction industry to effectively reduce carbon emissions. It is expected to become an important development area under the goal of carbon neutrality, and industry demand and development speed will further increase. It is recommended to pay attention to the high-quality targets of prefabricated building design and steel structure engineering.

As a pioneer and leader in the architectural decoration industry, Grandland Group actively responds to the national prefabricated construction related policies, and has been involved in the field of prefabricated interiors as early as 2014. Through years of research and application testing, Grandland Group has established a prefabricated technical system consisting of prefabricated ceiling systems, prefabricated wall systems, prefabricated floor systems, prefabricated partition wall systems, prefabricated pipeline separation systems, and prefabricated sanitary ware systems. On September 7, 2020, Grandland Group's GT prefabricated 3.0 products were officially unveiled, demonstrating its leading position in the prefabricated building market.

After a recent round of prefabricated R&D and test results, Grandland Group is expected to further upgrade and improve its own prefabricated architectural design system. With the support of policies, it will use its own assembly technology to help the development of green buildings and help achieve the national carbon peak carbon neutral goal.
