On August 31, the reporter learned from the construction department of Hefei that the construction tasks and goals of prefabricated farm houses in the city in 2020 have been announced, and the system of guiding the way for project model houses will be fully implemented in the second half of the year. All counties and districts should build a batch of centralized demonstration areas for prefabricated farm houses, which are beautiful and comfortable to live in, and have better earthquake and disaster resistance.

Demonstration project for constructing prefabricated green farm houses

According to the new regulations, the scale of prefabricated buildings in the city will reach 10 million square meters in 2020, and the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new buildings will reach 20%. The newly built prefabricated buildings in Chaohu City, Feixi County, Feidong County, Changfeng County and Lujiang County in 2020 will not be less than 800,000 square meters and 500,000 square meters respectively.

The city's characteristic towns, beautiful rural demonstration areas, and rural housing contiguous reconstruction projects use prefabricated buildings to reach more than 2,000 households. In principle, each county (city) should have a centralized demonstration area for prefabricated farm houses with more than 200 households. In order to realize the popularization of prefabricated farm houses, the city will vigorously promote the construction of prefabricated steel structure houses, expand the application scale of light steel structures in rural houses, and gradually improve rural housing conditions and living environment.

In the second half of the year, Hefei City will fully implement the project model house guidance system, and build a batch of prefabricated construction quality and safety green farm house demonstration projects. The Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Bureau will use excellent prefabricated farm houses as a demonstration project to allow more residents to understand the characteristics of prefabricated farm houses such as stable quality, good earthquake and disaster resistance, short construction period, and low construction pollution. In addition, the houses are beautiful in appearance, reasonable in layout and comfortable in living, allowing farmers to actively choose and apply.

Technological innovation promotes the extension of the industrial chain to the county

Optimize the industrial layout around the county and rural development of the city and promote technological innovation. Focus on the upstream and downstream industrial chain of prefabricated buildings, cultivate key enterprises, and create a prefabricated building industry cluster. Promote the extension of the southern manufacturing base of prefabricated buildings to Feixi and Lujiang, increase the introduction of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain of the eastern manufacturing base (Hefei Circular Economy Demonstration Park) and the northern manufacturing base (Beichen - Wushan), and guide the southeast manufacturing base (Huanglu - Xiage) industrial layout of prefabricated steel structures and various integrated parts.

Relying on outstanding professional design and production units such as Hefei University of Technology and Anhui Jianzhu University, special training on green prefabricated farm houses is carried out for housing construction departments and grassroots cadres in five counties and cities; Continuously improve and refine the rationality of the prefabricated farm house design, and cultivate more localized skilled craftsmen.
