The first prefabricated building project in Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province began hoisting

On October 28th, the first prefabricated building project in Yan'an, Banshanyuegu·Fangfeili, undertaken by the Shaanxi Construction 13th Construction Group, began to hoist prefabricated components.

The prefabricated laminate used this time was produced by Shanjian (Yan'an) New Building Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the 13th Construction Group. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the first hoisting and installation of prefabricated components, Shaanxi Construction (Yan'an) New Building Materials Co., Ltd. planned in advance and made careful arrangements. From the production, maintenance, inspection, transportation and other links of the components, we strictly control each component to ensure that each component is safely transported to the construction site. At the same time, before hoisting, the supervisor of Party A checked and accepted the concrete strength, specifications and dimensions of the precast components, and the technical person in charge of the project department and the supervisor of Party A conducted technical and safety clarifications.

At 8:18 in the morning, a piece of prefabricated laminated slabs with a length of 4.32m, a width of 1.64m, and a weight of 1.1 tons were lifted smoothly and accurately installed on the building of No. 10 residential building of Banshanyuegu·Fangfeili Project. The first prefabricated component of the project was successfully hoisted. Compared with the traditional integral cast-in-situ slab, the prefabricated laminated slab has the advantages of good integrity, superior seismic performance, fast construction speed, and short construction period. It met the requirements of building safety and practicability, save building materials, shorten the construction period, and be green and environmentally friendly, and meet the national requirements for the development of the construction industry.

The Banshan Yuegu·Fangfeili project is a key promotion project for prefabricated buildings determined by the Yan'an Municipal Party Committee and Government. Since the start of construction, the Shaanxi Construction 13th Construction Group has conscientiously implemented the spirit of the municipal party committee and municipal government’s instructions and attaches great importance to the application of prefabricated buildings in this project. Starting from the design stage, a detailed production and installation plan was formulated to comprehensively improve the production capacity of the enterprise, strictly control the product quality, and ensure the smooth completion of the lifting.

The successful hoisting of prefabricated components is an application in the field of civil construction after the installation of the prefabricated arched roof of the Nanniwan Model Workers College. It has a positive role in promoting the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings and the realization of the "dual carbon" goal in Yan'an.
