The first prefabricated residential district in Chaohu City, Anhui Province is fully capped

On October 27th, with the completion of the concrete pouring of the last side of the main structure of Building 7#, the eight main buildings of the Yingyue Bay Resettlement Site Project in Chaohu City have been successfully topped off.

Building 7# has 25 floors and is the second tallest building in the Yingyue Bay Resettlement Project. On the top floor of the building, the workers work together to slowly pour concrete into the tied steel cage to complete the pouring and capping. The reporter saw at the construction site that tall buildings were rising from the ground, and steel structures were connected to each other to firmly support each floor. Construction workers are distributed in different buildings and work areas, some are painting the walls, some are welding the steel frame, a hot construction scene.

The Yingyue Bay Resettlement Project is implemented by the Chaohu Key Project Construction Management Center and is one of the city's shantytown renovation projects in 2018-2020. Construction of 8 residential buildings and underground garages in the first phase of the first tender is the first steel-structure prefabricated residential district in Chaohu City.

During the construction process, the project team firmly integrated cost, schedule and quality throughout the entire process of construction management, comprehensively strengthened design review and coordination, established an overall integrated efficiency thinking, and strengthened the integration of design and construction. Since the start of the project on September 20, 2019, all management personnel have carried forward the spirit of overcoming difficulties, completed the on-time performance of the construction of each node, strictly grasped the quality of the process, and strived to create a high-quality project. At present, the project has successfully passed the Hefei Quality Structure Award and the pre-acceptance of the Anhui Provincial Construction Engineering Safety Standard Chemical Site.

The person in charge of the Yingyue Bay resettlement site said that with the full completion of the main structure of the eight main buildings, the project will be transferred to the secondary structure construction, internal and external wall painting, internal decoration, and greening phases. After the year, it will fully enter the door and window installation and exterior wall construction. The severe winter weather is coming soon, which will affect the construction of the external wall to a certain extent. The project department will scientifically arrange the process, concentrate manpower and material resources into the internal secondary structure construction and door and window installation, etc., to ensure that the construction tasks are completed with quality and quantity.
