The largest prefabricated industrial park in Nanjing, Jiangsu was put into use, boosting the modernization of the construction industry

"National Prefabricated Construction Demonstration City", "Provincial Construction Industry Modernization Demonstration City", and "Over 320 Prefabricated Construction Projects Started". Since the 14th Municipal Party Congress of Nanjing, the Municipal Construction Committee has vigorously promoted the development of prefabricated buildings, constantly striding forward to the goals of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral", and fully promoted the modernization of the construction industry. Up to now, Nanjing has built and put into production 19 precast concrete component manufacturers, with a designed annual production capacity of 2.61 million cubic meters and an actual production capacity of 1.147 million cubic meters in 2020. The leader leads and promotes development.

The largest prefabricated industrial park put into use

It covers an area of 160 acres, 7 automated production lines, and a designed annual production capacity of 300,000 cubic meters. Recently, Nanjing City Jianfang Bridge Prefabricated Building Industrial Park, the largest production base of prefabricated building components in Nanjing, has been put into trial production.

The prefabricated PC component composite board production line in the industrial park adopts the latest technology in the national industry. The automatic processing and forming of steel bars and the whole process of concrete production can realize mechanized and intelligent control. The shield segment production line adopts domestic advanced complete sets of equipment and is equipped with independent maintenance kiln facilities. Realize the mechanization and intelligentization of the whole process from mold cleaning, reinforcement cage into mold, concrete pouring, tube sheet belt mold maintenance, demoulding and so on. At the same time, the industrial park has introduced an advanced factory management system to realize the management of the entire production process from raw material procurement, raw material storage, production order entry to finished product delivery. Realize the automation, visualization and traceability of component production, and effectively improve the management efficiency of production and operation. At present, the shield tunnel segment and laminated board in the park have begun trial production. In the future, we will give full play to the advantages of science and technology, with higher production efficiency and better product quality, to create an internationally advanced and domestic first-class prefabricated construction industrial park, which will provide a good example for the modern development of the city's construction industry.

First-line visits to solve problems, the Municipal Construction Committee on-site service companies

With the vigorous development of prefabricated buildings, a number of large-scale, high-quality, and strong-tech prefabricated component enterprises have emerged in Nanjing. But at the same time, problems such as low-price competition, inconsistent component standards, and unsmooth market supply and demand information channels have gradually become bottlenecks restricting the development of the prefabricated industry. In order to promote the healthy development of the prefabricated construction industry in Nanjing, the city's construction industry modernization promotion work leading group conducted visits and investigations to 11 key component manufacturers in the city to learn more about their production operations, quality control, and information applications. They also exchanged ideas with the person in charge of the company on issues such as low-price competition in the market and imbalance between supply and demand, and gave reasonable suggestions. In the next step, the Municipal Industry Office will further standardize the prefabricated component market, improve the efficiency of prefabricated construction, and promote the modern and high-quality development of the construction industry through measures such as formulating component standardization design guidelines, establishing component information supervision platforms, and giving play to the self-discipline role of industry associations.
