The first is prefabricated decoration. This kind of products is environmentally friendly, efficient, green and healthy. The most important thing is that prefabricated decoration has a short construction period and good quality. Industrialized production solves the problem of gradual increase in labor costs and relative decline in the level of workers' craftsmanship. The second is to introduce the BIM building model system into the decoration field to solve the problem of difficult decoration of special-shaped buildings, and to drill the decoration process in the computer in advance to prevent the problem of easy conflict in laying pipelines.

BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology is a digital tool used in engineering design, construction, and management, through the integration of building digital and information models.

Sharing and transmission are carried out during the whole life cycle of project planning, operation and maintenance, so that engineering and technical personnel can correctly understand and efficiently respond to various building information. It provides a basis for collaborative work for the design team and all parties including construction and operation units, and plays an important role in improving production efficiency, saving costs and shortening construction period.
