The prefabricated construction industry in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province adds new momentum

Recently, Zhejiang Yuanzhu Prefabricated Construction Parts Production Project (Phase II) has entered the trial production stage. The project introduces advanced Dutch technology and production lines. It is the only factory in East China that has adopted cutting-edge ALC (autoclaved aerated concrete) board equipment imported from Europe in the past 10 years. It will push Zhejiang Yuanzhu into the front end of the industrial chain of the prefabricated construction industry, and will also inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the prefabricated construction industry in Keqiao District.

It is reported that the project is a key modern industry project in Keqiao District, with a total investment of about 1.2 billion yuan, covering an area of 200 acres, and being constructed in three phases. Among them, the first phase of the project was completed and put into production in 2018, and the second phase of the project started construction in May 2020. It is mainly engaged in the research and development, design, production and construction of ALC (autoclaved aerated concrete) panels, with an annual design capacity of more than 400,000 cubic meters.

ALC can be used as wall material and roof panel. It is a new type of building material with superior performance. In 2019, Zhejiang Yuanzhu Housing Industrialization Co., Ltd. acquired a global leading supplier of ALC sheet machinery and technology research and development-Aircrete, the Netherlands. With their advanced technology, the second phase of Zhejiang Yuanzhu project builds Aircrete's model factory in China. Equipped with international leading automatic batching system, automatic steam curing system, and automatic mesh welding system, its product process accuracy, production process safety and labor cost economy have significant advantages in the industry.
