Officially awarded! Another provincial-level prefabricated industrial park in Hefei City, Anhui Province!

On October 19, the 2021 Yangtze River Delta (Anhui) prefabricated construction site meeting was held in Fuyang. At the meeting, Wushan Town was officially awarded the title of "Anhui Prefabricated Construction Industrial Park".

As an important part of Changfeng County's "One District and Six Parks", Wushan Town, in accordance with "One Park, One Dominant, and One Park, One Feature", strives to create a prefabricated building industry landmark.

In 2018, the Wushan Prefabricated Building Demonstration Park in Hefei Economic Development Zone was formally established. The park focuses on building industrialization and upstream and downstream industry chain related industries, and strives to build the largest construction industrialized production, logistics and sales base in Anhui Province and even the country.

After three years of hard work, the park has gathered 10 core prefabricated construction enterprises including Conch Cement, Anhui Sanjian, Anhui Road and Bridge, Jinggong Green Construction, Hefei Guorui, Guofeng Wood Plastic, and Hongjuxin Steel Structure. There are 15 prefabricated construction and upstream and downstream industrial chain enterprises that have been completed and put into operation. In 2021, the industrial output value will be 3 billion yuan.

At the moment, Wushan Town focuses on "prefabricated construction + new core smart manufacturing", focusing on the prefabricated construction industry to extend the chain and strengthen the chain, and focus on attracting "unicorn enterprises" in the prefabricated construction industry.

It is understood that the development plan of Wushan Prefabricated Building Demonstration Park mentions that by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan", the park will be built into an ecological center of construction technology and innovation industry with perfect industries, based in Anhui Province and facing the Yangtze River Delta. Make every effort to build a national prefabricated construction industry demonstration base, Anhui construction industry town, and Hefei's first tens of billions of construction industry clusters.
