On August 31, another Huadu homestead was listed in Guangzhou! The plot is located north of Huadu Avenue and west of Lianshan Road in Huadu District. The starting price is 2.3 billion yuan, and the total area is 78,986 square meters. Among them, the construction area is 62,193 square meters, the capacity building area is 217,675 square meters, and the floor price is 10,541 yuan/square meter. It is planned to be auctioned at 10 am on October 9, 2020.


Other transfer conditions that bidders need to meet are as follows:


1. The bidder must handle commercial registration, tax registration and statistical relations in Huadu District, Guangzhou.


2. The scope of this transfer does not include the second block of land (land for demolition and resettlement). The second block of land is constructed by the bidder according to the planning requirements, including the above-ground and underground buildings, structures and parking spaces as required by the planned construction. After the completion of the inspection and acceptance is passed, it will be handed over to the designated department of the Huadu District Government of Guangzhou City. When the real estate registration formalities are processed, the source of the land is allocated; The second block of land shall be constructed and accepted simultaneously with the first phase of the project; The architectural design plan of the second block of land needs to be approved by the Huadu District Government of Guangzhou City before construction is submitted, and the decoration standards are in accordance with the requirements of the "Guangzhou City Affordable Housing Design Guidelines" (2017 Edition).


3. The competitor must adopt the construction method of prefabricated building to construct the transferred land, and the area of the prefabricated building shall not be less than 50% of the total construction area of the transferred land. If the plot is developed in phases, the area ratio requirements of the prefabricated buildings must be implemented in the first phase, and the technical requirements for the implementation of prefabricated buildings must comply with the current national or provincial prefabricated evaluation standards, and accept the supervision of the municipal, district housing and urban and rural construction departments.


The plot is located in Huacheng Street, Huadu District, with convenient transportation. It is only a 10-minute drive from Guangqing Expressway and near Phoenix North Road, Hongmian Avenue and Pingbu Avenue.
