On the afternoon of September 10, the People's Government of Wushan Town, Changfeng County and Anhui Jinggong Green Construction Group Co., Ltd. held the "Jinggong Green Construction Wushan Prefabricated Building Industrial Park Project Signing Ceremony" in the No. 1 meeting room of Beicheng Office, Changfeng County. Liu Shuang, member of the Standing Committee of the Changfeng County Party Committee, member of the Party Leadership Group of the county government, first secretary of the Party Working Committee of Shuangfeng Economic Development Zone, and Liu Lichao, chairman of Anhui Jinggong Green Construction Group, attended and delivered speeches. Jinggong Green Construction Wushan Prefabricated Building Industrial Park is a key project of Changfeng County. The relevant departments of the county and Wushan Town should strengthen the sense of service, actively connect and take the initiative to solve the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of project construction as soon as possible. Jinggong Green Construction will use this signing as an opportunity to continue to deepen the cooperation with Changfeng County, based on the advantages of the enterprise platform, promote the upgrade of the prefabricated construction industry and the development of upstream and downstream industries in Changfeng County, and contribute to the local economic development. The Jinggong Group Wushan project will complete the industrial layout in a step-by-step implementation and gradually reach production capacity, and eventually turn the project into an Anhui prefabricated construction industry center for Jinggong Green Construction. Jinggong Green Building Wushan Prefabricated Building Industrial Park has a total planned land area of 350 acres. The first-phase land area is about 141.74 acres. The total investment is estimated to be about 1.37 billion yuan, and the first-phase investment is estimated to be about 568 million yuan. After the overall project is completed, it is planned to invest in a green PC intelligent manufacturing plant, a steel structure plant, a mold plant, a commercial concrete, a dry-mixed mortar station, a prefabricated entire industry chain exhibition center, and a design research institute. Among them, the PC intelligent manufacturing plant includes the production line of prestressed laminated panels (PKⅢ type), the production line of PC components (laminated panels, wall panels, stairs, air conditioning panels, balcony panels, etc.), and ALC lightweight partition panel production lines. Produce all kinds of prefabricated construction products such as municipal and construction concrete. In normal years, it can form an annual production capacity of 800,000 cubic meters of prefabricated buildings. Up to now, Jinggong Green Construction has successively settled in Funan, Yingzhou, Yingshang, Linquan, Bozhou, Wuhu and other industrial parks. Relying on the advantages of the entire industry chain platform, it will simultaneously make efforts in assembly technology research and development, in-depth design, manufacturing, logistics and transportation, construction, etc., to achieve a new pattern of establishing a foothold in Anhui, integrating into the Yangtze River Delta, and facing the development of the whole country.
