In view of the above situation, the Wuhan Urban and Rural Construction Bureau adopted the method of the bureau leader to guarantee the problem of the project demolition. The main person in charge, the person in charge of the bureau and the person in charge of the engineering office of the guarantee department went to the site for coordination and dispatch and issued a supervision order.

By adopting the method of contract security, Wuhan Urban and Rural Construction Bureau organized the Wuchang District Urban Renewal and Renewal Bureau to cooperate closely with the street where the house is located and the expropriation agency, communicated with the property owner many times, and explained the policy patiently. After dozens of negotiations, the owner of the house finally signed an expropriation compensation agreement. "After the Spring Festival this year, the house was demolished and the construction section was handed over. The construction of the wind pavilion and pipeline relocation of our Fuxing Road Station were carried out smoothly, which gave us full confidence in the completion of the project on schedule." The person in charge of the project said.

The expedited construction permit is ready

Recently, driven by the "nanny" service of Wuhan Urban and Rural Construction Bureau and personalized solutions, the construction of the northern section of the right bank avenue, a key project at the city level in Wuhan, has been granted an "expedited" construction permit. In turn, the government successfully issued 2 billion yuan of special government bonds, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the project.

On September 1st, the Wuhan Urban Construction Group's license holders successfully obtained the construction permit under the guidance of the service counter staff of Wuhan Urban-Rural Construction Bureau and "expedited" processing, and promoted the construction of the north section of the right bank avenue.

Service plan developed

In order to carry forward the "struggle for realism" style, work hard for the "upgrade season" and enter the "sprint season" ahead of schedule, the Wuhan Urban and Rural Construction Bureau has studied and formulated the implementation plan for key projects of the bureau's leadership. The plan decomposes the 92 provincial-level, municipal-level, and municipal-level key urban construction projects coordinated by the bureau to the leaders of each bureau.
