The first public construction project with a PC component assembly rate of 30% in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province was completed

Sino-Ocean No. 7 is the first project of Sino-Ocean Group in Chang'an District. It is located north of North Second Ring Road and west of Gaoying Street in Chang'an District. It has 6 buildings. In 2017, the project responded to the government's call to adopt the prefabricated construction method for Buildings 2 and 3, which is the first public construction project in Shijiazhuang City that uses PC components with an assembly rate of 30%.

On October 22, 2017, Shijiazhuang City Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau organized experts to conduct prefabricated expert review of the project. This is also the city's first public construction project of prefabricated concrete components that has passed expert review. In 2018, the project welcomed the inspection of building energy-saving prefabricated buildings by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China. At present, the project has been completed and entered the stage of completion acceptance.
