All buildings of the Qingdao Huarun Smart Town project in the North China area of Drawin Group completed the main capping

On August 24, with the official topping of Building 1, the main construction of all buildings in the Qingdao Huarun Smart Town project undertaken by Drawin Group in the North China area was completed, and the project will enter the secondary structure and high-quality decoration stage.

The Qingdao Huarun Smart Town project has a total construction area of 60,000 square meters. It is contracted by Drawin Group in the North China area of the second phase of the second bid section, with a total of 7 buildings. Among them, 1—3 buildings is prefabricated high-rise buildings, constructed using the EMPC mode initiated by Drawin Group, with an assembly rate of 52%; Building 4 and 5 are traditional high-rise buildings; Building 8 and 9 are traditional low-rise small bungalows.

The project officially entered the construction site in mid-July 2019. The construction speed of the main phase of the project reached 5 days per floor. At present, the main body of each building has been capped, and 70% of the overall progress has been completed. During the construction period, the project successively won the first place in safety inspection and first place in quality inspection. And in the 2019 safety and quality inspection of Qingdao Ocean High-tech Zone, it won the district-wide report, which has been praised by the local construction authority and the owners.

The person in charge of the project stated that in the follow-up work, the secondary structure and high-quality decoration work will continue to be carried out with high standards.
