Qinghai Province will build 70% of new green buildings next year

In Xining City, if you observe carefully, you will find that many communities are paved with permeable bricks and rainwater diversion ditches are designed on both sides of the road. This design allows our city to "breathe" more smoothly, and the collected rainwater can be recycled, which not only prevents muddy water from polluting the walkways, but also effectively reduces the pressure on municipal drainage. And this is only part of the green building.

In recent years, with the continuous strengthening of the concept of green environmental protection, the process of energy conservation and emission reduction in the construction sector has accelerated. With the blessing of policy goals, green buildings are not only limited to "sponge cities", but are also exploring more green building projects. From the perspective of proportion, the province's green buildings accounted for 57% of the newly built buildings that year, exceeding the goal of 50% in 2020 in the national "Building Energy Conservation and Green Building "13th Five-Year Plan". By 2022, the proportion of green buildings in urban new buildings will reach 70%.

What kind of building is considered a green building? In Maqin County of the Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture at an altitude of 3700 meters, the Guoluo Prefecture Boosting and Aeration Activity Center, as a three-star green low-energy building, is the first three-star public green low-energy building in our province.

"The Guoluo State Boosting and Oxygen Increasing Activity Center project is based on the characteristics of the high-cold and high-altitude areas, through the application of a near-zero energy consumption building technology system and a green building technology system, to maximize the use of renewable energy. Realize a healthy and comfortable indoor environment with super-low energy consumption and boost oxygen. " According to Zhao Liling, deputy director of the Energy Conservation Science and Technology Department of the Provincial Department of Housing and Construction, the Guoluo State Boosting Oxygen Activity Center has designed a solar hot water system on the sloping roof to provide domestic hot water and auxiliary heating for the building. The proportion of solar energy to provide domestic hot water reaches 100%, and the energy consumption of HVAC and lighting is equivalent to 10.2% of the benchmark building.

In addition, the heating and air-conditioning system of the Guoluo Supercharged Oxygen Activity Center has 100% of the rooms that can be independently adjusted at the end; the main functional rooms are equipped with a carbon dioxide concentration monitoring system and are linked with ventilation. The average indoor temperature is stable at 26°C, and the air distribution and temperature are within a reasonable range. The successful implementation and demonstration of the project will effectively promote the construction and promotion of green buildings and ultra-low energy building technology systems in the high-cold and high-altitude areas of the west.

In the residential buildings, Salzburg in Xining City also reveals green and energy-saving everywhere. The replenishment of the community landscape comes from the rainwater recycling system; the community green irrigation and road watering are the residential kitchen wastewater treated by the reclaimed water collection and treatment system. Residential lighting and other electrical appliances are energy-saving. The original design uses natural ventilation to optimize control and reduce energy consumption. The comprehensive implementation of a variety of energy-saving technologies has achieved the improvement of building quality, and has made positive contributions to the research on the technology path to achieve the "carbon peak" goal in the building sector.

Green building cannot be equated with greening. Green building not only has to pass through greening, but the most important thing is to save resources to the greatest extent, protect the environment and reduce pollution during the whole life cycle of the building. To provide people with healthy, applicable and efficient use of space, and a building that coexists in harmony with nature.

Up to now, a total of 1,321 projects in the province have been designed in accordance with green building standards, with a construction area of approximately 14.42 million square meters, and a total of 961 projects with one-star and above green building signs in the province have a construction area of 7.64 million square meters.

Guoluo State Boosting Oxygen Activity Center and Zhongfang Salzburg Lanyun Project won the first three-star green building design logo in Xining City. More than 40 projects including Country Garden·Yuchuanfu, Xining Vanke City, and Haidong Country Garden received two-star green building design labels, and Xining Haihu Wanda Plaza Shopping Center and Xining Xinhualian Plaza received two-star green building operation labels. It marks that the green development of urban and rural construction in our province has reached a new level, and green buildings have entered a period of high-quality large-scale development.

Zhao Liling said that the development of green buildings is compatible with the development of carbon peaks. It is to use building technology to create a better living environment under the premise of reducing carbon emissions and protecting the environment, and to achieve the ultimate goal of people-oriented development. The energy-saving, water-saving, and thermal performance improvement of the envelope structure in the green building design codes and evaluation standards expresses the content of concretizing energy-saving and carbon-reduction. At the same time, the use of clean energy in green buildings is to solve the problem of carbon absorption in the development of carbon peaks.
