It is understood that the Lianhai Prefabricated Lingang Industrial Park is invested and constructed by Shandong Lianhai Construction Technology Co., Ltd., with a planned area of 398 acres and a registered capital of 162.5 million yuan. The total investment of the project is 700 million yuan, and construction started in January 2019. The project is carried out in three phases. The first and second phases of the project will invest 400 million yuan to build an ALC autoclaved aerated concrete slab production line with an annual output of 1 million cubic meters and supporting facilities such as office building production workshops. The first phase of the project will be completed and put into operation in September 2019, and the second phase will be completed and put into operation in March 2021. It can achieve operating income of 600 million yuan, profit and tax of 80 million yuan, and provide 300 jobs. The third phase plans to invest 300 million yuan to build production workshops, inspection workshops, scientific research and training centers, and build No. 7-9 port berths relying on Taierzhuang Port Malan Operation Area. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in December 2022.

Strong scientific and technological innovation ability. The company established a strategic cooperation with Tongji University and established the "Tongji-Lianhai Prefabricated House R&D Center". In the three years since the company was established, it has applied for 27 national patents, and the self-developed ALC explosion vent has the leading technology in the industry.

Adopting the domestic top brand Keda-Xinmingfeng intelligent control production line, each production line is worth more than 70 million yuan, to achieve full automation and intelligent control, effectively improve product quality, reduce the rate of waste and defective products, and increase the production line capacity by 40% compared with similar enterprises.

The company has long-term cooperation with well-known domestic real estate and construction companies such as China State Construction and Wanda, applied to national key projects such as Xiongan New District, Zhengda Affiliated Medical, and participated in the construction of Yicheng No. 1 Middle School and Taierzhuang Gucheng Middle School.
