Liangjiang Real Estate won 1.32 billion yuan of 240,000 square meters of homes in Chongqing Liangjiang New District, requiring assembly rate not less than 50%

On August 28, the land plots G04-1, G04-3-1, and G04-4 in Division G of the Water and Soil Group of Chongqing Liangjiang New District were publicly listed for sale. It was picked up by Liangjiang Real Estate at a base price of 1,319.5 million yuan, which is equivalent to a floor price of 5,500 yuan per square meter.

It is understood that the land plots G04-1, G04-3-1, and G04-4 in the G Division of the Water and Soil Group of Liangjiang New Area belong to the second-class residential land, with Yunhan Avenue in the west and the current land in the east, south and north. The plot covers an area of 300 acres, the plot ratio is only 1.2, and the capacity building area is 239,900 square meters.

The plan shows that the height of this plot is limited to 20 meters. The development and construction of the plot require the use of prefabricated construction technology, and the assembly rate shall not be less than 50%. At the same time, the G04-4 plot is planned to be equipped with a 12-class kindergarten with a construction area of not less than 3 square meters and an area of not less than 4320 square meters. The kindergarten should be set up independently.

In addition, the required start and completion time for the plot is to start within 3 months after the land is handed over, and to be completed within 3 years after the start.

It is also reported that the land is located in the water and soil section of Beibei District, and the city is developing towards the north. The six major industries of electronic information, automobile and motorcycle, equipment manufacturing, materials, instrumentation and medicine have been formed in the area where the plot is located. With "two highs and three hearts" (two highs: high-tech industrial zone, high-end residential area; three hearts: data processing center, medical outsourcing service center, electronic information software research and development center) as the development goal, in order to create a comprehensive city service function, gather high-end talents, promote the integration of industry and city, and develop a smart innovation zone.
