Carry out the creation of smart chemical sites, vigorously promote the application of sensor technology, Internet of Things technology, artificial intelligence technology, and green energy-saving technology in smart construction sites, and explore the application of auxiliary construction technologies such as three-dimensional scanning technology, drones, and construction robots. In 2022, the creation of smart chemical sites will be fully carried out throughout the city. Strive to realize the construction of smart chemical sites for all new government-invested projects and social investment projects above the designated size, apply hierarchical coverage of quality, safety, personnel management, environment and other content, and gradually realize big data analysis based on the application of smart chemical industries.

Prefabricated buildings accounted for 50%

In the next three years, Qingdao will vigorously develop prefabricated buildings. Promote the industrialization of a new type of building with prefabricated production of parts and components and assembly-type construction as production methods, and realize design standardization, production factoryization, construction assembly, decoration integration, and management information. Promote the development of concrete and steel structure prefabricated buildings on a large scale, promote the industrialization of new buildings, and continuously increase the proportion of prefabricated buildings. 6 million square meters of prefabricated buildings will be started in 2021, 7 million square meters of prefabricated buildings will be started in 2022, and prefabricated buildings will account for 50% of new civil buildings in 2023.
