On September 26, the reporter walked into the construction site of Yangxin Valley Project in Anjiazhuang Village, Zhuang Town, Taishan District, Tai'an City. Prefabricated components were placed around the site in an orderly manner. Tower cranes slowly hoisted the wall components and assembled them like building blocks.


The Yangxingu project adopts a prefabricated construction method. "Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of'five sections and one guarantee', namely, time saving, land saving, material saving, manpower saving, water saving and environmental protection." Project manager Liu Hongbin said that the single prefabrication rate of Yangxingu project reached more than 90%.


The development of prefabricated buildings in Taian has entered the "fast lane". Up to now, 6 prefabricated industrial bases have been built in the city, and 73 prefabricated construction projects have been built, with a construction area of 3.26 million square meters.


As early as 2016, Tai'an City issued a series of documents, proposing specific goals and policy measures for the development of prefabricated buildings. In March of this year, Taian issued a work guide, requiring government investment projects, public rental housing, shantytown renovation, old village renovation, and underground pipe corridors to all adopt prefabricated construction. For new land real estate development projects, the proportion of prefabricated buildings in 2025 will reach more than 40%.


Open the policy "green light" for construction industrialization projects, incorporate approval items into the green channel, and implement pre-examination of tolerance; comprehensive supporting fees, new wall reform funds, etc. can be postponed for six months, and those that meet relevant regulations will be refunded first. The funds for purchasing prefabricated structural accessories for construction industrialization are included in the investment in project development and construction. When the invested capital reaches more than 25% of the total investment in the construction of the project, the "Commercial Housing Pre-sale Permit" will be processed.


Tai'an City continues to accelerate the pace of cooperation between production, learning, and research in prefabricated buildings. In 2020, Tai'an Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau, Shandong University of Science and Technology, and Tai'an Lianqiang Yuanda Housing Industry Co., Ltd. will jointly build the first prefabricated building production, study and research base in Tai'an. At present, the products of Tai'an Lianqiang Yuanda Housing Industry Co., Ltd. have obtained more than 350 invention patents.


In August this year, the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a notice to promote the "Taian Experience" throughout the province. "We will continue to leverage Tai'an City's advantages in resources, transportation, logistics, etc., to attract domestic and foreign technologically advanced and strong construction industrialization enterprises. Establish a prefabricated building industrialization park integrating technology research and development, industrialized production, display, and circulation of parts, to create a richer soil for the thriving growth of Thai installations.
