Chongqing: Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone held a prefabricated industrial park observation meeting

Recently, CSCEC’s 2021 Quality Month Summary Meeting and Prefabricated Industrial Park Observation Meeting were held in the Joint Industrial Incubation Base Project of Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone. The theme of this year's Quality Month is "In-depth implementation of quality improvement actions and vigorously promoting the construction of a quality country." The event fully demonstrated how prefabricated buildings can contribute to quality improvement.

As the site of this observation meeting, the United Industry Incubation Base is a key steel structure prefabricated construction project in Chongqing and a prefabricated green benchmark project. The total construction area of the project is 221,300 square meters, with a total of 17 single buildings. After completion, it will provide infrastructure guarantees for a total of 10 "university colleges and universities" science and technology innovation platforms, including Shanghai Jiaotong University, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Jilin University, Tongji University, and East China Normal University.

At the beginning of the design, the project had in-depth exchanges of design plans with various scientific research institutes, and carried out a series of exploration and innovation in design, technology, equipment, etc. with the design concepts of openness and sharing, green nature, three-dimensional vitality, diversified mixing, and technological wisdom, and the "factory intelligent manufacturing and on-site assembly construction" have been realized.

Compared with the traditional cast-in-place concrete structure, the project adopts a prefabricated construction method, which saves 20% of the construction period, 40% of labor for the main structure and secondary structure, 30% of construction waste, and 50% of carbon emissions. At the same time, the project meets the national prefabricated building AA level, green building two-star. At the same time, the project tried the combination of PS and PC for the first time. It was the first all-steel structure prefabricated building in the western region to use precast concrete PC stairs.

The event attracted nearly 30,000 online and offline participants from more than 10 units, including Chongqing Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone Investment and Construction Development Co., Ltd., Chongqing Huaxing Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., etc., through live observation and live broadcast of graphics and text at the same time.
