Jiangxi Province: The opening ceremony of the first PC prefabricated building demonstration project in Xinyu City

Jiangxi Guangxin Construction Industry Co., Ltd., located in the Fairy Lake District, held the first PC prefabricated building demonstration project in the Xinyu City Prefabricated Building Industry Base. With the salute fired in unison, the red silk cloth slowly opened, opening a new journey for the development of prefabricated buildings in Xinyu City.

On September 29, Jiangxi Guangxin Construction Industry Co., Ltd. held the opening ceremony of the first PC prefabricated building demonstration project in Xinyu City. Vice Mayor He Muliang and Deputy General Manager Chen Lisong of Guangxin Construction Group attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. He Muliang pointed out that the PC prefabricated building demonstration project in Xinyu City is the first prefabricated building in Xinyu City. The completion and commissioning of the project marked the realization of a new leap from R&D and production to actual use of the prefabricated buildings in Xinyu City. This is an important result of cross-provincial and cross-regional cooperation between the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Government and Guangxi Construction Engineering and other large state-owned enterprises. It is a milestone in the development of the prefabricated construction industry in Xinyu City. The municipal party committee and the municipal government will strengthen overall planning in accordance with the principle of "government guidance and market leadership", increase support for prefabricated buildings, and escort project construction and enterprise development with the highest quality and most convenient government services.

The first PC prefabricated building demonstration project in Xinyu City combines the wisdom of five units of Guangxi Construction Engineering, Municipal Investment Control Group, Xingang Group, Jiangxi Construction Engineering, and Municipal Planning and Design Institute. Realize the integrated construction and operation of PC prefabricated buildings from design to production, sales, logistics and transportation, construction and installation, decoration and occupancy. It overcomes the problems of traditional construction such as unstable impermeability, poor appearance quality, small space for individual customization, complex on-site construction, and long construction period. It has accumulated valuable experience for Xinyu City to explore the construction of the prefabricated shantytown reconstruction project, and has an important significance of demonstration and leading in the development of Xinyu City prefabricated buildings.
