"Now the project's factory buildings, office buildings, and dormitory buildings have been capped, and the interior decoration stage is in progress. The factory buildings will soon be installed with production lines." On September 28, in Jinpai Port Prefabricated Construction Industrial Park, Bohou Town, Lingao County, China Railway Construction Group Hainan Prefabricated Construction Industrial Park has taken shape. Duan Guojie, the person in charge of the project, told Hainan Daily that the project is expected to enter the trial production phase at the end of November.

In 2020, the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government have decided to plan and develop a prefabricated building industry cluster in the Jinpaigang Economic Development Zone with prefabricated buildings as the main body and a combination of R&D, accessory production, installation, construction, and maintenance.

Since October 2020, Hainan Province has actively guided domestic upstream and downstream enterprises of prefabricated construction to enter the park, and many interested companies have come to Jinpaigang Prefabricated Construction Industrial Park for inspection and negotiation. At present, a number of enterprises such as China Railway Group Co., Ltd., Kangzhuang Construction Group, Jiangxi Zhite New Materials Co., Ltd., and Fanlin Prefabricated Construction Technology Co., Ltd. have been established.

Fu Xuejiang, Director of the Office of the Leading Group for the Construction of Lingao Jinpai Port Park, introduced that since 2021, the Jinpai Port Park has started construction of 4 new construction industry projects, including the Kangzhuang residential prefabricated construction parts project, the Hainan Zhite prefabricated building and the new material industrial park project, all of which are planned to be put into trial production before the end of the year.

In the Jinpaigang Prefabricated Industrial Park, the new tropical building industrialization base project of the China Academy of Building Research Co., Ltd. has completed the clearing of the land. Duan Guojie told reporters that after the production base is put into operation, the annual production capacity of prefabricated concrete components is expected to reach 100,000 cubic meters, and the annual output value is expected to be 350 million yuan.

According to Fu Xuejiang, Jinpaigang Prefabricated Industrial Park has signed contracts with Hainan Southeast Prefabricated Green Building Industrial Base Project and China Construction Research Institute Tropical New-type Building Industrialization Base Project this year, and has strengthened the negotiation of reserve projects. The county is negotiating to promote a number of projects that conform to the industrial positioning of the park and have strong investment willingness, such as China Communications, China Railway, China Resources, COFCO, Beijing Construction Engineering, Beijing Huayin Technology.

In order to promote the construction of the Golden Port Park, Lingao plans to invest more than 3 billion yuan in 2022 to improve the infrastructure of the park. The project construction includes road network, sewage treatment, water supply pipeline network, natural gas pipeline network, planning exhibition hall, comprehensive construction of port and terminal infrastructure, fire station, etc.
