Prefabricated building technology is unveiled! Shenzhen "Quality Month" event held

on September 26, The Shenzhen 2021 "Quality Month" event and the prefabricated building observation meeting for the Pingshan New Energy Automobile Industrial Park project, which is sponsored by Shenzhen Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau and Shenzhen Pingshan District People’s Government, organized by Shenzhen Pingshan District Industrial Investment Service Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Construction Technology Promotion Center, Shenzhen Pingshan District Housing and Construction Bureau, China State Construction Technology Group Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the Shenzhen Construction Industrialization Association, was officially launched.

Deng Wenmin, deputy director of the Survey, Design and Construction Technology Division of Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau, Tang Zhenzhong, deputy director of Shenzhen Construction Technology Promotion Center, and the main person in charge of Pingshan District Housing and Construction Bureau, and other relevant municipal and district leaders, industry professionals from the entire industry chain including development, design, production, construction, and supervision in the construction field entered the observation site in batches (according to the epidemic prevention requirements). A total of more than 400 people including representatives of relevant industry associations participated in the on-site observation activity. Up to now, the cumulative number of online viewers has reached more than 17,000.

This year is the fifth consecutive year that Shenzhen has selected outstanding prefabricated construction projects to hold observation and exchange activities during the "Quality Month" event. As the only representative project of the prefabricated building, the China State Construction Technology Pingshan New Energy Automobile Industrial Park project undertook this observation activity, and the observation was carried out in a synchronous manner both online and offline.

At the launching ceremony conducted by live broadcast, Pingshan District leader Ye Qingyun shared the experience model of the development of Pingshan District prefabricated buildings. The main person in charge of Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau put forward relevant requirements for the next step of Shenzhen prefabricated buildings. 

The 1-3 projects of Pingshan New Energy Automobile Industrial Park, which were observed on the spot, are located in the central start-up zone of the Pingshan National New Energy (Automotive) Industrial Base. It is the first industrial space carrier in the base, carrying the mission of promoting faster and better development of the new energy industry in Pingshan District and even Shenzhen. The total planned land area of the project is 33,000 square meters, and the total construction area is 250,000 square meters, including factory buildings, R&D houses, supporting dormitories, supporting canteens, supporting commercial buildings and other building types.

In order to adapt to the national green building development requirements and realize the full assembly of the main structure, combined with the development advantages of Pingshan New Energy, the project innovatively adopted a new prefabricated structural system of concrete-filled steel tube columns + steel beams + prefabricated prestressed hollow slabs + PC exterior walls. It is the country's first 100-meter high-rise prestressed hollow floor demonstration project. The PC exterior walls of the project are all based on parametric design, combined with the tower building adopts a fully assembled steel-concrete composite structure + fully assembled PC exterior wall enclosure structure characteristics. The construction of the tower is guaranteed without external frame construction under the premise of ensuring safety, and the country's first prefabricated high-rise industrial space "Skyscraper Factory" and a new energy automobile industry benchmark demonstration zone with Shenzhen characteristics will be created.

At the event site, some of the observers stopped to read the craft introduction on the exhibition board, some studied the physical model structure, some personally experienced the smart device, some listened carefully to the professional explanation, and some took the initiative to exchange inquiries. It is generally believed that the prefabricated building system of this project is unique and adopts more new technologies, which has played a leading role in the development of prefabricated buildings in Shenzhen.

In recent years, the Pingshan District Committee and District Government has thoroughly implemented the strategic deployment of “putting ecological civilization construction in a prominent position and integrating economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, and social construction into all aspects and the whole process" proposed by the 18th and 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Under the guidance of the government, China State Construction Technology has built a number of prefabricated building benchmark projects such as Yanzihu International Convention and Exhibition Center and Yujing Happy Home in government investment projects such as schools, hospitals, and affordable housing in Pingshan District. In addition, relevant training and observation activities have been organized many times, and a communication platform has been established for the comprehensive promotion of new technologies, new techniques, and new materials for prefabricated buildings and green construction. In the future, China State Construction Technology will closely follow the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", vigorously promote the new green industrial construction model represented by prefabricated buildings, and strive to create an advanced urban area that is green, environmentally friendly, energy-saving, emission-reducing, and livable and suitable for business.
