The Yagang Affordable Housing Project is one of the first batch of joint ownership housing pilot projects in Guangzhou. The total construction area is nearly 70,000 square meters, and the assembly rate is as high as 52.8%. It is expected to be capped before May 1st next year.

Guangzhou's first affordable housing project using prefabricated buildings is the Shifeng Road affordable housing project located on Shijing Avenue. Now several bidding sections of the Shifeng Road project have been completed one after another, and the construction team has moved non-stop to the Yagang security housing project, which is 4 kilometers away.

Project manager Wang Weixu introduced: "In this project, basically management personnel and industrial workers are transferred from there. Therefore, we will optimize the progress of the project on the basis of the Shifeng Road project. The proficiency of the workers, the guarantee of the production capacity of the component factory, the construction experience of the management personnel, etc. will be richer and more familiar. Now the basic guarantee is the progress of one building every six days, ensuring that one building will be capped this year and all will be capped before May Day next year. "

The Yagang Affordable Housing Project plans to construct 3 high-rise residential buildings and commercial and supporting public podium buildings. The overall project adopts a green building design. At the event site, the expert team learned in detail about the actual situation of the Yagang security housing project, and according to the characteristics of its construction operations, grouped to conduct on-site inspections, construction surveys, and inquiries about the construction conditions of the project. They have a detailed understanding of the whole process of prefabricated bay windows and prefabricated stairs hoisting and the perception and effects of physical molding, the TQM-based prefabricated concrete building quality management system and the whole construction process safety control concept built for the project. The expert group expressed their approval and put forward their opinions and suggestions to the project in response to the many practical details of the project site.

The project as a whole adopts more cutting-edge construction technologies such as green building design, sponge city architectural design concepts, planning and design, and innovative technologies. It has successfully established a new technology application demonstration project in the construction industry of Guangdong Province. In order to further integrate with the assembly type, the project also uses BIM technology to achieve engineering information integration and improve management efficiency. Through BIM technology, PC deepening drawings are forwardly designed to eliminate all kinds of construction collision problems from the source; various types of confession videos are produced to improve the management and operation level of prefabricated buildings. At the same time, explore more "BIM+" modes, such as BIM+GIS deep integration of projects under construction and surrounding environment, BIM+RFID to achieve component traceability, BIM+VR immersive security technology clarification, etc.
