On September 27, it was learned from the Shijiazhuang Municipal Government website that the first fully assembled residential complex in Shijiazhuang City, located in Chang'an District, Vanke Zijun, began to deliver houses on September 26. Prefabricated building is currently a construction method that the country vigorously promotes. The building components are produced in factory and integrated parts are used. It has fast construction progress, greatly reduces pollution and noise, saves materials, saves water, and has a high degree of mechanization. Shijiazhuang City Government's 2018 document put forward target requirements for the phased implementation of prefabricated buildings. Chang'an District mobilized construction units to actively adopt prefabricated construction methods. Vanke "Hebei Guokong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd." has experience in constructing prefabricated buildings. In response to the call, the Vanke Zijun Community, which started construction on October 26, 2018, is the first 100% fully assembled residential community in Shijiazhuang City that adopts the 50% assembly rate standard. It surpassed the municipal government's requirement of "over 10% of non-government investment projects adopt prefabricated construction" and was the first to apply vertical load-bearing component technology. The project has now been completed.

Vanke Zijun Community is located at No. 40, Fengshou Road, Chang'an District, with a construction area of 130,000 square meters.
