The Lingang Xinshang Jinyuan project was undertaken by Shanghai Construction Engineering Second Construction Group. It is located in the WSW-C2-14 plot of the main urban area of Lingang, with Moli Road in the east, Fangzhu Road in the south, Qiulian River in the west, and Shengang Avenue in the north. In order to meet the theme of this exchange meeting, the project department set up eight exhibition areas including the quality control and common problem display area for the whole process of prefabricated building construction, the prefabricated building technology innovation display area, and the model display area for anti-leakage measures.

At the exchange meeting, relying on the expert team of the Engineering Research Institute of Shanghai Construction Engineering Second Construction Group, the first domestic sandwich insulation prefabricated enclosure PCTF system, namely prefabricated sandwich insulation external wall panels, was displayed on the spot. It completely eliminates the common quality problems of residential external wall leakage, avoids peeling off, insulation failure, etc., and realizes long-term insulation.

At the same time, based on the new prefabricated frame structure system, the project can not only complete the construction quickly, but also has the advantages of short overlap of steel bars, convenient quality inspection, and construction without bent frames. In addition, the prefabricated system that can be used for basement structure construction is exhibited and exchanged, which has good structural strength and anti-leakage capabilities.

In addition, the project department uses the large-scale machinery and equipment management platform of the Second Construction Group to take equipment management as an important module to control the installation, operation, dismantling, inspection report and other data status of all project tower cranes in real time. Equipment parameters, data details and inspection reports are clear at a glance. The tower crane inspection system also uses the Internet of Things technology and the Internet management platform to perfectly integrate standardization and informatization, and directly penetrates to the front-line operation points of the construction.
