"I am very supportive of the transformation of old communities. The party's policy of benefiting the people has been changed to a point, which has benefited the masses and solved our worries." Said Aunt Li, a resident of Kuitun Tianbei New District, the 7th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. The renovation of old communities in Tianbei New Area is closely integrated with "I do practical things for the masses". The residents are selected for the most urgent and most in need of renovation. They are classified and implemented to warm people's hearts with the benefits of the people.

Since the beginning of this year, Tianbei New District has conducted surveys on more than 5,000 residents in the four old communities of Tianxiangli, Rose Garden, Ginkgo Garden and Jiuxiang Garden involved in the renovation based on community grid management. Learn more about the needs of residents, and use the online community "WeChat group" and offline "round table" to collect residents' opinions and make a list. After consultation and discussion by all parties, the main points of the renovation are the exit and entry roads, the diversion of people and vehicles, the fly line, the underground pipe network, the parking lot, and the rest and fitness facilities that the residents reflect prominently. It is estimated that the investment of 70 million yuan will be invested.

Under the scorching sun, workers driving excavators are constructing the greening facilities and water supply pipe network of the Ginkgo Garden community, fundamentally solving the problem of frequent water cuts and dead trees in the community.

Li Ping, a resident of Ginkgo Garden, said: "This time the community has been renovating the hardened front site, waterproofing the roof, replanting trees, planning parking spaces, installing fitness equipment, and the most intimate thing is the laying of plastic trails. Now the lights in our community are on, the trees are green, the roads are not blocked, the houses are not leaking, and the parking spaces are also standardized. Our living environment is getting better and better. I think living here is very happy. "

At present, the old communities that have been transformed in the Tianbei New District are gradually showing a new look. Potholes have been re-hardened, parking spaces have been demarcated, garbage sorting bins have been placed in place, and fitness equipment and plastic walking paths have been paved. The roof is rainproof and replaced, the dead trees are replanted in an orderly manner, the disordered pipelines are neatly inserted into the ground, the drainage and sewage are unblocked, and the environment of the community is completely new... The transformed old community has transformed from "dirty, chaotic and poor" to "beautiful, clean and neat".

According to reports, the planning and design of the renovation of the four old communities began last year. Since March this year, the renovation plan has been determined after many planning demonstrations, and construction will begin in July. 57% of all renovation tasks have been completed, and it is expected to be completed in October.

Han Xinhua, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Tianbei New Area, said: "We will complete the renovation of the old community as soon as possible with quality and quantity. After the renovation is completed, a community with perfect infrastructure functions and a beautiful environment will be presented to everyone, and the appearance and image of the Tianbei New Area will be significantly improved."
