The assembly-type electromechanical factory of the third company of China Construction Fifth Bureau produced the first heat exchange pump module

Recently, the first heat exchange pump module produced by Hunan's first and industry-leading prefabricated electromechanical factory, the third assembly electromechanical factory of China Construction Fifth Engineering Group Co., Ltd., was officially loaded and transported to the Hefei Fusion Reactor Project to help Hefei "artificial little sun" to install air conditioners. This is another new assembly type electromechanical product developed by the factory, which has been officially put into production.

The water pump and plate radiator in the traditional computer room have problems such as scattered locations, large occupied area and large water flow loss. At the same time, the water pump and the plate radiator must be separately transported to the site and then assembled, which requires a long on-site construction period. The newly developed heat exchange pump module can better solve the above problems.

The product uses integrated integration technology to integrate the scattered water pumps, plate radiators, valves and pipes in the computer room into a module, reducing the distance between the water pump and the plate heat exchanger and shortening the pipeline path. Improve the water flow conversion efficiency between the water pump and the plate changer, further reduce the water flow loss, and solve the problem of large water flow loss in the traditional computer room. At the same time, this new technology can realize modular prefabrication, accelerate the progress of on-site construction, further improve the quality of on-site installation, and help projects green construction, rapid construction, industrial construction, and digital construction.
